What changes in a remake
You keep the corner, the pumps and the customers who already stop there. We rebuild the store around them. This is the store from the model above, drawn to scale.
Storefront
New facade, full-height glass, exterior lighting and a lit PNZ Petroleum sign.
Sales floor
Layout, shelving, flooring and lighting, planned so the coolers are in view from the door.
Coolers
A wall of reach-in coolers for drinks, dairy and frozen food.
Coffee and food
A coffee bar with room for hot food and grab-and-go.
Checkout
A counter by the door with the back bar and point of sale.
Back of house
Restrooms and storage.
How a remake runs
Four stages, from the first visit to the day the doors open on the new store.
Walkthrough
We visit your store, measure it and see how it runs today.
Plan
You get a layout, a design and a written scope before anything is torn out.
Remake
Crews rebuild the storefront and the sales floor to the plan.
Reopen
Coolers stocked, sign lit, doors open on the new store.
